I, About Inspur Chaoyue

The Inspur Special Computer Division, named Shandong Chaoyue Digital Control Electronics Co.,

Ltd. (Briefed in Inspur Chaoyue), established in 1996, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inspur

Group, mainly engaged in R&D, production, sales and services of special computers.

The former of Inspur Group is Shandong Teaching Instrument Plant established in 1960, which

has developed into a high-Tech. enterprise of China in IT industries, owning three listed

companies: “Inspur Information Co. Ltd” (Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Code 000977), “Inspur

Software Co. Ltd” (Shanghai Stock Exchange, Code 600756), “Inspur International Limited”

(Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Code 00596), covering 5 products series: computers, software and

service, intelligent terminals, mobile communication and semiconductor, with customers over

The Inspur Chaoyue is a high-Tech. enterprise with special computers engineering centers, based

on state-level Inspur technique center, The State Key Laboratory Of efficient server and storage

technology, establishing three-level technology innovation system: basic technology study,

products design and process development. We have obtained multi core technology patents with

unique technique advantages concerning system design, thermal design, and design of

three-proofing, shock absorption and EMC of Ruggedized products.

The Inspur Chaoyue is located in the Inspur industrial park occupying 260, 000 square meters. As

the largest special computer production base in China, we are equipped with top class production

machines such as laser cutting machines, NC machining center and high-speed SMT machines etc,

possessing international advanced automated production line, adopting intelligent production flow

integrating assembling, debugging, maintenance, aging and packaging, owning yearly output of
